CSFL Launches Multi-Day Performance Contingency Payback Program
Thursday, August 22
Stouffville, ON – The Competitive Sport Fishing League (CSFL) is thrilled to announce the launch of a new Multi-Day Event Performance Contingency Payback program, set to debut this weekend at the PRO BASS Quinte Cup. This two-day, no-elimination team event will take place on the Bay of Quinte, Quinte West, Ontario.
Performance paybacks are a well-established tradition within the CSFL. For years, we have successfully implemented similar programs across our BM Tours (Eastern, Western, Berkley, DT Opens, and ABU GARCIA Wildcards), allowing teams to win back their entry fees based on their performance within specific horsepower categories—BM100 (horsepower 0-150) and BM200 (horsepower 151+).
In response to valuable feedback from our anglers and recognizing the increasing costs our competitors face, the CSFL has decided to expedite the launch of this multi-day contingency program, originally scheduled for 2025. Under this program, the team with the heaviest daily weigh-in will earn a Performance Payback, with the potential to secure multiple paybacks by consistently achieving the highest daily weight throughout the event.
Thanks to the support of Quinte West Tourism, this weekend’s PRO BASS Quinte Cup will feature a payout exceeding well over 100%! The CSFL sincerely thanks all our anglers for their ongoing support.
