How to Register for a CSFL Event
There are multiple ways to register with the CSFL – Mail, Email and Telephone!
Please complete the appropriate form relating to your event of choice (all forms are available below) and forward:

or Call in your registration with a Credit Card at 905-640-2277

Please note a 50% deposit is mandatory upon pre-registration.

Methods of Payment accepted:
Cash, Credit Card (American Express, Mastercard and Visa), Cheque, E-Transfer and Bank Draft
Debit is accepted for onsite registration
Should your payment be done by cheque or bank draft please make payable to: CSFL
